AI workshops for teams
Get your whole office using AI, safely, in one session.
An AI workshop for a small office or team in Howard County or the Baltimore area. Everyone leaves with Claude or ChatGPT set up on their own phone or computer, knowing what never to type into it, and already using it for the work your office actually does. Priced per office. Tell me about yours and I send you a price.
Email me about a workshop or write to [email protected]. I reply within a day.
What the workshop covers
- Everyone set up properly on Claude or ChatGPT, on a phone, a computer, or both.
- Staying safe: what never to type into it, when not to trust an answer, and how to spot AI scams like a fake voice call from "the boss."
- The three or four things your office does every week, done with AI in the room: a difficult email, a letter, a summary of a long document, a plan.
- For offices already using it: shared Claude Projects or custom GPTs that know your business, and connecting AI to Gmail, Calendar and Drive.
How it works
- You email me a few lines about the office: how many people, what you do, and what you hope they can do afterwards.
- I send you a price and a plan for the session, built around your office's actual work.
- We run it at your office or over a video call. Everyone brings the phone or laptop they use every day.
- Afterwards, anyone who wants to go further can book a one-on-one lesson.
Who this is for
Small offices and teams around Ellicott City, Columbia, Howard County and Baltimore: a front desk, a practice, a shop, a small firm. People who have heard they should be using AI and would rather learn from a person than a video.
Questions people ask
- How much does an AI workshop cost?
- Workshops are priced per office, because the size of the team and what they do changes the scope. Tell me about your office and I will send you a price. One-on-one lessons are $100 for 90 minutes if you want to start with one person.

- Do we need paid AI accounts?
- No. The free versions are fine for learning. If a paid plan would help your office, I will say so and explain why, but it is not required for the workshop.
